Interview
Very easy. They first contact you by email or phone and then they send you a link to take an assessment (a behavioral test and a 15 min aptitude test). Then you get called for phone interview. Once you pass that, you have to take another aptitude test while they watch you. Then you get called in for an interview at HQ with managers of the department you are going to intern for. Than you get the offer.

Interview
First you take an exam of math and vocab, then get a phone interview if you do well enough. Right after the phone interview they Skype with you to watch you take another similar exam. Past that, you get an in person interview with a couple of people, most likely one is your potential manager. Pretty laid back and easy to talk to. It's a young company looking for talent
