Sovos uses a very involved and multi-step process, but most steps seemed to happen in close sequence. Typically a first phone-screen with a recruiter, followed by an aptitude and personality test. Pass the aptitude test and you'll likely have phone interviews with the hiring manager and/or a sales director. Some sales positions will be very contingent on a live mock presentation, which would be done after 2-4 rounds of interviews. Communication seemed good throughout all steps. A background check and drug screen is required after the offer has been sent, then an immersive training program must be completed and passed to maintain employment (sales only.)
