very personality focussed. This was meant to be a behavioral based interview and morphed in to questions of personality. It was much more important that I fit in with the team then if I had a skill set specific to the job. The recruiter had a pretty limited understanding of what the role would really entail and the interview panel did not seem concerned about my ability to perform tasks.
