I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was informal. It was like a conversation of experience and definitely talk up Southwest. There was one human resource rep there and also one ramp supervisor. We sat around round table talking. Make sure and look nice for interview. Also Southwest is strict on being on time. Do not be late or they won't see you. My advice is be at least 15 minutes early.
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.
