I had my interview virtually and it was pretty straightforward and chill. They just ask if you like to be outdoors and if you are able to do physical work, lift, carry, etc. just be yourself and you’ll do fine. You also need open availability as they will schedule you based on trainer’s schedule as well.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
