Interview
I had a enjoyable phone interview with company representative. They were very personable and engaging.
He asked what I knew about the position that I had applied to, why I wanted to work for Southwest and that I would hear back from them the next day or even later that day. They called back within 45mins and offered a face to face interview. I was unable to take the offered interview because I was going to be out of the country and there was not the option on another date, nor skype. The interviewer was going to be coming to town conducting just those interviews and wanted it to be in person. They encouraged me to reapply.
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.
