I applied online, recruiter reached out to me. Scheduled phone screen, one with recruiter and recruiter coordinator. Two days later I received email for in person interview at headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Southwest flew me to Dallas on a Thursday got offer the following Tuesday! The entire process was priceless. I have never been through a process so wonderful and I felt so at ease with the panel. Looking forward to a long career with my new family.
