Off-shore based 3rd party referred me for a contract position. Verbal communication with them was difficult. Next came a phone interview with SWA HR. Followed by onsite interview with same HR person + two others all at the same time. It was late in the afternoon and they had the 1,000 yard stare from interviewing people all day. Only the IT people said anything and they seemed to be just going through the motions. Since they mostly focused on their laptops, I think they were checking email and IM'ing through the whole thing. I knew I wouldn't take the job 5 min into it and clearly, I wasn't for them either.
