I received an email to schedule a phone interview a few weeks after the initial application. It was about another 2 week before I was offered a face-to-face interview. The phone interview is through a contract company who was very helpful in helping me correct my work history and were nice via email speaking on the phone.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
