I applied online, but only received interested in my application after an employee forwarded my resume to a recruiter. Then, I had a phone call with a recruiter then a second call with a recruiter and two managers. Never heard back from the recruiter even after following up. If you don't know someone at Southwest, don't bet on even being considered when you apply online.
