I applied online in August, and more than a month later, they contact me to fill the employment list and schedule a phone interview.
Before the interview day, my recruiter was very nice and she called me one or 2 times and she was always very cordial and polite.
At the day of my phone interview, she quickly gives me a resumed version of the company position and did a lot of Yes or No questions.
After that, she basically runs with my interview, cut me more than once during my answers saying she have other people to interview so I needed to give her a short cut off my answers. In that moment she killed my chances because I got nervous about her reaction, started mumbling and everything crumbled. Of course, I did not get an invitation for the F2F after this.
The bad thing about this contact when you know the name of the recruiter prior to your interview and with social media in these days, you ended up looking up the person online. And guess what? I found her posting on facebook at the same time she was doing my interview. So, there's a question. Time for a candidate answers she didn't have, but to post how much she missed her man, she had...
Not being petty to not been selected, but I treat my interviews very seriously, and I would expect a company like SouthWest, to do the same.
Shame on her.
