I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Sept 2016
Interview
Filled out online app when Inflight opened up, I heard nothing for 6 weeks, got an email saying I was moving to phone interview process...took another 3 weeks to schedule the phone interview. One week after phone interview I received a call I was moving to the F2F interview, after 3 1/2 weeks I got the call this evening to schedule the F2F, in Dallas, which will be in 11 days. Middle of November. Long process, but worth it, patience is key. Have not received offer YET, that is the key word!

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
