Applied online in April 2015. Southwest kept in touch with me to make sure that I was still considering the position! June 2016, received an email to fill out an application after filling it out I was contacted by a recruiter 2 days later. We set up a time for a phone interview set for a week out.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future!
