Let me start by saying the people in the office are very nice and easygoing. The interview process is many steps. It's a very well designed process. The driver's test result is what determines if you advance or not. You need to pass a 10-15 minute driver's test in a company vehicle before you advance. Fail the test and you have to wait three months to reapply. I personally would have preferred doing the driving test first, so that the process is more streamlined. I will wait the three months to reapply. They have a great company culture and I'm looking forward to trying again.
