Southern NH Services interview questions

One interview with two regional managers, very comfortable experience. I was told I'd hear back by the "end of next week". When I didn't hear from them at the start of the third week I contacted them. Apparently they could only reach one of my three references and needed to contact at least one more. To be fair, my references were in education and it was summer vacation. I was able to provide a fourth reference over the phone, and made an official offer a week later.

Application, resume and cover letter submitted, followed by one interview with two Supervisors, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked for three references, but needed to make contact with at least two of them.
