Interview
Orginally applied and interviewed for Nicor Gas January 2017. Passed online test got a call a couple of days later to come in to interview with call center supervisiors. They seem like they were very interested and I fealt good as I left the office. Got an email about a week later stating that I was not chosen to move forward in the process. Applied a second time after company switched over to Southern Comapny gas April 2018 just to see what happened and got an email saying to take the online test. Took it still not having high hopes then got a call for a phone interview. Phone interview went great then got asked to come in for an in person interview. Faitly quick interview only six questions. 2 weeks later got a call saying that I was chosen to move forward in the process and to submit a backgroung and drug test within 2 days!

HR called. Asked basic questions-HS graduate? Set up phone interview with supervisor.
Supervisor called at agreed time and talked 10 minutes or so. Asked basic questions. Do you know much about Southern Company? How have you dealt with a difficult customer?
