I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southern Co-op (Romsey, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
very last minute and unorganised. In a very small staff room with other staff coming in and out as they pleased. Flies in staff room and very dull. Had no fire safety around or told me anything about it. Was left by myself for at least 10- minutes before interview even started.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Southern Co-op (Chichester, England) in May 2016
Interview
Sit in the office with the store manager and he asked questions that were printed off the computer. They had boxes underneath where he wrote my answers. Lasted about 30 minutes but I talk a lot when I'm nervous. I dressed smartly but it was a pretty informal interview
