SouthTech Orthopedics interview questions

Lots of interviews with the team leads, which in turn means lots of driving. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would accept, however the lack of benefits and the changeover influenced my decision. I was not told how much the changeover would influence the benefits and compensation, which led me to declining. I thoroughly enjoyed everyone I met and I feel under different ownership, it is a fantastic opportunity.

I had 2 phone interviews (1 with the recruiter and 1 with the account rep) then 1 in-person interview with the hiring manager. Hiring process has been frozen due to org changes.
