Submit application forms, get shortlisted do physical assessment whereby you run, carry objects, jump the wall and you get timed. psychological assessment,it is more of choose the correct words, true or false, fill in the missing words and 6 month basic training.

It was a fitness training. They basically had to check if you physically able to the job and I was one of the candidates that passed the test, it was very straightforward and easy
