Three interviews to not get the job. No call or email to let you know you were denied for months. Very desperate to fill the role, yet only interviewed every other week.

Question 1
They asked about experiences, software used previously, etc
1. Typical recruiter interview
2. Tech questions with Head of (i forget, maybe of hiring?)
3. paired programming DSA questions
4. Onsite or virtual onsite with tech, behavioral, system design and whiteboarding
Honestly, this interview process is typical for FANG positions but not some random startup but I guess thats just the job market these days. They're just purposefully making it difficult and trying to get some kind of unicorn candidate.
Also the interviewers seemed absolutely miserable. So take that as a warning.

Interview
Round 1 was 15 min chat with the hiring manager (product manager), round 2 was a behavioral interview for 1 hour with head of engineering and product manager that focused on portfolio review and cross-functional experiences, round 3 was a virtual whiteboarding challenge based on a real business problem at their company, and final round was on-site whiteboarding challenge using a random design prompt and followed by a behavioral interview with another product manager.
