2 stages , technical interview onsite central in Soho and the CEO interview remote.
The office was really small and the dev team as well.
Employees seem nice but the CEO is lack of communication.
They decided to close the role without hiring after interviwing.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Soundmouse (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Jul 2021
Interview
I had to pass over several rounds of interviews throughout which I managed to meet a big part of both future team members and also management. This was helpful and it gave me a certain level of assurance that the company is taking seriously enough the recruiting process. I had also a step where I had to prepare a project plan based on a predefined scenario for product delivery (offline) and then present it during one of the interviews.

60 minute written test in a room with other candidates. Really odd questions around HTML, whats the difference between a div and a span.... When I arrived they didn't even both to ask my name. When I left I had to forcibly take the mans hand to shake it . Had no feedback what so ever other than to say I hadn't got the job. Absolutely awful experience considering I had to pay £130 for a return train. Can not recommend anyone every apply here they seem to think way too highly of themselves.
