They were very well detailed and asked questions to test your true capability. They put you in a situation to see if you can succeed on deadlines and their demand.
Perfunctory - seemed to be a bit desperate to fill the position. Although advertised as a full-time position, turned out that it was not full time and there was not indication when it would return to full time.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sound Publishing (Bellevue, WA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview was conducted with Eric LaFontaine, the Regional Publisher, and was comprised of 3 rounds. The first round, with Eric, was very cordial and to the point. He wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the team and company and that I could execute the job duties. The second round was with 2 of his colleagues who I would be working with. Very similar structure.
