Interview
A phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with one of the Sound directors. After that was an in person interview with several members of the hospital staff, Sound staff and the medical director for the hospital.

What experience made me a good fit for the position?
Well organized with scheduling, the recruiter was well-informed to answer my questions. They were, overall, friendly and inviting. Though the the position was not a great fit for me, they recommended another that would be better.
