Tedious, basic, and salary was a major issue to negotiate. Late closing time. No workers work life balance and gossip is encouraged. One man business and structures are not allowed to stand.

Varied and excellent, Practicals mostly. The HOD was involved and the employer tried to employ best practises.
The main criteria is strenght, courage and the ability to withstand stress for a long time.
