I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Soshace in Dec 2019
Interview
First a 30 mins interview with the a recruiter, professional, helpful and very clear, then an online test.
I consider the test extremely flawed for the simple reason that I would have done it much better the year I got out of university rather than now, after 8 years of actual developing.
It was heavily focused on theory, most questions had no practical relevance.
The practice (3 exercises on 52 questions) was extremely easy.
Experience not taken in consideration at all.
Thank you for your review. It's sad that you've found our test flawed. We focus relentlessly on improving our interview process and we'll look into your recommendations. Please note, that online test is an intermediate step before the technical interview, where the practical tasks took place.

Interview
It was a multistep process and consisting of online tests and interviews. It was not very difficult but time management was tough for me. I was not really prepared for it. I think with a little bit of preparation you can easily pass it.
it started with hr interview through internet calling then coding test through share screen for NodeJS then another technical interview for ReactJs, experience questions and asking for 4 references to check.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Soshace (Gdańsk) in Jan 2020
Interview
The process started with online technical test (multiple choice questions and a few coding tasks), followed by HR interview, live coding session (shared screen) and technical interview. I was finally asked to provide some references (former clients / supervisors). Very good experience overall.
