they give a sample of questions to write script for a graphic designer!? and then expected me to do it when i mentioned this is not design related the founder said this is basic
The interview process consisted of an editing test (which required reviewing copy for grammar, spelling, consistency, etc. and submitting a list of errors), a phone interview and an in-person interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sosh (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Met at a coffee shop, talked about the role, and fielded questions. Pretty relaxed but I still got a good chance of understanding more about the organization. She (director-level) was candid, approachable, and coversational.
