The interview process was relatively straightforward. A talent acquisition specialist reached out via LinkedIn after I submitted an application. We had a 30-minute screening call. They promised I would hear back within a week, but after two weeks, I heard nothing. I sent a message to the rep at that point and they told me I wasn't moving forward in the process.
