Recruiter chat then 2nd stage was a chat with a head of department and team member. Negative experience given that I had to chase the first recruiter when they said they'd email me by the end of the week and didn't. Then on the day of the second interview, one of the interviewers showed up 15 mins late because they had "forgotten" which completely threw me off my stride. I hadn't given my best interview and I didn't answer as well I have done previously which I accept. However, I never heard back from them following the interview so I feel glad in a way as there seems to be a lot of disorganisation which wouldn't have been for me had I got offered a role.
