Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and had multiple phone/online interviews. After my last interview with the Team Lead I was told i am a great fit for the position and an in person interview would only be a formality.
So I took a day of vacation and traveled to Switzerland for the in Person interview paying quiet a bit for trains&hotel out of pocket.
The in Person Interview was Ok even though it felt a little sketchy as the office was in an industrial area that seemed a little worn down and there weren’t many signs advertising the Company so you have to search for it quiet a bit.
The Result was that since then I have not heard anything from the company (it’s been over a month) even after contacting the recruiter.
If you travel to an in person interview with this company (Switzerland office) I’d advise you to not go out of pocket more than your willing to spend on a vacation trip there so you don’t feel too bad after being ghosted.
Can’t recommend this companies hiring process, handing the situation like this is very unprofessional.

No technical questions apart from talking about background and technologies used, more questions focussed on goals and wether you can see yourself in the business they are conducting (body leasing)
