First round for freshers is a bit tough,whereas other rounds are easy go.
for Experienced it depends on profile to profile.
Most of the time basic understanding of profile is enough but be sure because the interview taken for the job profile and nature of work are different most of the times

Straightforward interview process. First interview was focused on personal traits, and second on demonstrating technical skills and solving cases on the fly. Was tested in machine learning, cloud computing and data engineering.

First thing first it is the HR' duty to screen resume.
Interview process is worst.
First online test started at 10 (reached at 9.30)
Basic core java programs, programs are not difficult but to understand requirement is.
Test ended at 11.30-11.45 results were out at 12.
Till 1.45 we were waiting for second round but nothing was happening.
Then at 1.45 lunch time
At 4 finally i was called for interview.( Long wait of 4 hours)
Basic core java questions they asked if u have experience in spring hibernate or not.
Clearly it was not mentioned in my resume so it means i don't .
After a long interview of 45 mins he said you can leave for the day. Wow
If you need people with spring hibernate experience then wht do you call people who don't have?
What a waste of day. 9.30am to 5 pm.
