There were 4 rounds. First two were technical and aptitude rounds. Technical round consisted of questions related to SQL, output tracing, software development models. The nature of the programming related questions was language independent in nature, you need not worry about not knowing c or c++ or java. Any language is fine, concept remains the same. OOPS concepts were also asked. Then came the aptitude round for those who cleared the technical round. This was a really refreshing but tough round. The questions concerned with flow chart and decision tree based algorithm tracing. Overall a very unique and challenging round. Out of the nearly 500 students that showed up for the test, only 32 could make it to this stage. Then came the GD, everyone was given the chance to speak, topic was easy. Everyone made it through this round. The next two rounds were HR and technical interview, at Sopra Steria's main office in Noida. HR round was pretty straightforward, and it was non elimination round. They simply asked about whether we were okay with the conditions of employment. The technical round was a bit tricky, as some students were asked tough technical questions, and some were not asked technical questions at all. However they do ask about everything you've written about on your resume. 16 students were selected finally, and received letters of interest then and there. P.S. They also let us get a free lunch at their cafeteria while we were waiting for the interview, so that was great..

Interview was well rounded and the interviewers were polite. Both technical and interpersonal skills would be useful in the process. I had an online OA, a technical interview and then an HR interview.
