Interview
It was easy to be honest. Firstly a english test, followed by a coding test where they asked deep concepts on programming languages and also leetCode involved. Afterwards, they contacted me to talk more about my skills and my aspirations

Interview
I was contacted by someone in HR through linkedin, saying that my profile matched what they were looking for. After a phone screening and an automated technical interview in which I did not do well (It was mainly "knowledge" focused instead of "skill" focused), I was given a more detailed interview through google meet, where I was asked about my experience and such. It was overall a pretty average interview, the people I talked to were nice, but there were two situations I found pretty odd and almost disrespectful. First, being a software factory, I hoped that were I successful in getting hired, my contract would be with Sophilabs themselves, but I was told that a client would review my CV before they could give me an offer. I asked them if that meant that my contract would be with Sophilabs or with the client, and if I'd work directly for the client or for Sophilabs. I was not able to understand the answer, but the situation was odd enough that I'd lost interest in the position. The second thing that bothered me was that even though I asked for feedback after getting rejected they did not answer my emails after giving me the 'bad news'.
