Long waiting hours but the manager is quite friendly and the recruitment officer is friendly too. I am asked to go inside the manager's office after waiting and start the one-to-one interview.

The managers do not know how much the company production capacity. How much the company earn etc make people feel lack of confidence to take the job. Is more like sembang, minum kopi style.
