I believe it took about 3 weeks with two in-person interviews. The first interview was with my two soon-to-be bosses where we discussed my experience and skills. The second interview was both again and then met with other assistants to see if our personalities aligned since I would be working alongside them. I was then brought on a trial period of two weeks where I was then brought on officially.
