I met with three people who asked me why I wanted to work there and experience I had with customer service. Then they asked for availability and went over their policies.

What types of customer service have you experienced?
Applied online, interview was held in person in an office near the IT help desk. General behavioral questions regarding interests, about yourself, etc. Was asked the basic components of a computer and wrapped up asking about availability.
