The interview was several steps, 2 with HR, 1 with the regional manager, and the last with the District manager. Each interview was long and thorough, one was over an hour of situational questions.

Interview process isn't difficult! I think it depends on how you carry yourself and how confident you come across. Just prepare a little before. Interviewed for a Patient Care Consultant apprenticeship that offered a lot of benefits. Only downside is relocation afterwards and they couldn't give me a definitive answer as to where.
