HR into first round solo interviewers with leadership. Went swimmingly however apparently without any feedback they decided to not proceed.
The position itself is misaligned with expectations as they have no one to manage and you report directly to upper management without anyone else in the department. I.e you are a one man show that is not a director or above.
Seemed like another typical stretch startup past beyond thin attempt to fill some gaps.
A call with supervisor and then with the person who is currently working in this role and finally with the CEO of the company. It would not take long for all of these steps
