The first round is a phone conversation with the Talent Acquisition Director. The second round is a virtual interview with the Senior Talent Manager for the region. The final round is a virtual meeting with the Founder and CEO. During the interview, the discussion became unprofessional after I disclosed that I am expecting a child later this year. Following this disclosure, the interviewer’s tone shifted noticeably, and I was questioned about whether I truly wanted the role. The interview was then ended abruptly, which left me concerned about the professionalism and appropriateness of the interaction. I would not recommend working here.
