Songo Media interview questions

Terrible recruiting process. Started interviewing with the International Head of Recruiting in London Uk. He had no idea what the job was about and passed me on to other company managers for further information about the position. I endured 6 skype interviews ranging around the US and UK, with various different individuals, none of whom were able to specify what the job entailed, including the Senior VP whom the position reports into. Finally I attended a face to face interview with the SVP and VP Canada in Montreal. They were unprepared for the interview had little or no idea what to ask me, in fact I ended up having to manage the interviewing process. The whole interviewing process was characterized by people failing to get back to me as agreed or just not showing up, several interviews with key people that the SVP wanted me to talk to simply never happened. Apparently they forgot to schedule them. The whole process was unprofessional, poorly orchestrated.
