SonderMind Learning & Development Manager interview questions

In prep for the second interview I was asked to use plans from previous employers in clear violation of previous NDAs. That was explained away as a miscommunication, but I was uncomfortable after that request. Then after the second interview and sending a follow up email, the company ghosted me. I am very glad they found the right person for the job, but I am left with a less than professional impression of the company.
