Took 3 interviews, 2 virtual and 1 face-to-face, which took almost 4 hours out of my weekdays, only to not even be informed about the outcome unless I asked myself. It’s extremely unprofessional and shows very little consideration for a candidate’s time and effort, especially for such a small role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sonder (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Long, drawn-out process. 4 stages of interviews, 1 being in person. The final call with the recruiter provided no feedback whatsoever as to why I didn't get the role. You would think after 4-5 stages they would at least provide some feedback at the end.

What experience do you have with managing accounts?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sonder (Sydney) in Jan 2026
Interview
Applied online and contacted via email to schedule an HR screening round which was well organised. HR rep was very nice and easy to chat with and had a mix of standard interview and targeted questions for the role. It was a bit less focused on just "walk me through your resume" than other HR screens I've had recently. I didn't make it to the next round but received a nice email a few days later with detailed feedback which was very much appreciated.

Question 1
What kind of role are you looking for, how do you define "done" on a project, how far would you cut corners or push boundaries to accomplish a task.
