I applied online. I interviewed at Sonder (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2018
Interview
A 20 minute phone interview, then a take home question sheet, followed up by a face to face that was around 40 minutes. Pretty straight forward, and pretty easy to be honest. If you are engaing and have good customer service skills you can't really mess it up.

There are “3” rounds, the first with a general company recruiter, the second with two management reps in the department and the third was with a random person they chose.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sonder (Montreal, QC) in May 2016
Interview
Very long, multi-step process. First, I had a quick phone interview. Very standard questions, why do you want to work here, what would you contribute, etc. A few days later there was a practical challenge which was done online. They presented you with various questions and situations you might encounter on the job and asked how you would respond, solve the problem, etc. Third step was to come in for an in-person interview at the office. I was interviewed by the manager and the head of the department separately. Final step was to meet the team at company beers, which was basically a personality test to see if I was a good 'culture fit' as they call it. I received an offer a few days after company beers.
