I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sona (UK)
Interview
Really straightforward interview cycle: a first HR screening, a call with technical leaders, a technical interview on architecture and leadership principles. If I recall well - this happened months ago honestly - there should have been another final call if I was to continue. Very open and honest as every process should be, no trick questions or senseless trivias. The people department was super supportive and followed back even after I've been rejected with useful information and feedback. Would definitely try to join again :)

Question 1
Very sound leadership / coaching / architectural / excellence questions, based on real scenarios.
Their hiring process, if I can call it that, is terrible. The ad says they're hiring remotely within UK and Europe, but only end up hiring people from UK and wasting other applicants' time.
They say they will get back to you within two weeks, and end up taking a month, just to reply that they have already made an offer to someone while you were waiting to hear back from them. The same thing happened to me twice with this company, within the span of two years. They clearly don't have a designated recruiter or HR team, and it shows.

Hi there, Thank you for your interest in our role - and I'm really sorry that you had a negative experience. We weren't able to offer you an interview this time due to the high volume of applicants for the role you were interested in. We wish you all the best in your future job hunt - Sona People team.
Invited to a screening interview after submitting my CV, and given the opportunity to choose a suitable time directly with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very pleasant, friendly, and created a comfortable atmosphere that made the process feel approachable and positive.
