First off let me say its disappointing to hear you have had a negative experience with our HR process. It is a new process that we are iterate improvements on and apologize for any errors or duplicate tasks. Also we are not shrinking or contracting but sometimes there are immediate changes in the roles in which we are filling. The reason for this is a start-ups needs can change month over month or week over week. For example we might assess we need a sales associate and realize our marketing associate is actually capable or decide to move forward with a sales software instead. This is called the "search" phase of a start-up and can be chaotic to some.
