Interview
I applied through online for iOS Developer post. I got email for Skype interview confirmation after 5 days. They have scheduled the interview and then I had attended it. Felt nothing special they tried to understand about me and my skills like so.. After the Skype interview they said I have a task to complete within 2 days. I agreed and prepared the project with key features which they mentioned. On the day of submission I asked through email whether they need the task project by zipped folder or UDID build. Since then I haven't received any email or reply from them. Suddenly I got email that they have selected another candidate sorry.. Then my question is why they made me to do 2 full day project and why don't they reply to my email inform early.... I would say its inhuman attitude and they are like animals in nature may be..

Interview
First Step was Skype Interview with HR. They are not punctual, interview started 15 mins after the scheduled time. After passing the interview they have asked me to complete two technical tasks and submit within 4 days. Task was to create two iOS apps with almost all the functionality. I've completed it and shared my code within the specified time. There was no reply from their side after that. I waited for 2 days and sent a mail for update. After an hour they replied back "You are not selected" without saying any reason. I've sent a reply to provide the reason for the rejection, but no response from them.
I suspect that they are using interview candidates for completing their projects. After getting source code they are rejecting them. My reason for believing this: 1) Gave requirement for two apps with full functionality to implement 2) After getting source code, no communication from their end 3) From the beginning itself, it doesn't feel like an interview

Interview
Interviewed by 2 senior managers. They were very precise in what they wanted me to do. Also they wanted me to be available 24x7 as they were different regions being supported out of Singapore. Hence, I need to be available by phone. Also there will be some training given to me as part of this recruitment. There will be 2 more interviews after this, if I am selected. One with their line manager and the other will be with HR.
