I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Solutionreach (Lehi, UT) in Aug 2011
Interview
The initial interview was conducted via phone. The questions were fairly simple and were clearly designed to weed out those where were clearly unqualified for the position for which they were applying. At the end of the phone interview, I was invited to schedule an in-person interview. The hiring manager was very willing to accommodate days and times that would work for me based on my current employer. The in-person interview was professional and fairly straight forward. Right after completing it, I was asked into a final interview with another person.
The job offer was made within 24 hours. The hiring manager called me, made the offer, and immediately emailed me the written documents to sign.

Question 1
The interviewer was looking for people who are naturally driven to work well with others. After a short run of questions focused on assessing people skills and inquiring about what 'teamwork' means to you, I was given a question that presented a standard day in the life of an employee, but with a twist: It was presented as very stressful and as too much for one person. After that situation was set-up, I was asked how I would approach the organization and handling of that type of circumstance.

Interview
I had a group interview and had a lot of fun. Group interviews almost force you to ensure that you stand out. One would think that it would be a bit nerve wracking, but it was a very comfortable environment. Applying was easy too!

Interview
Over-the-phone interview, followed by a group interview. They start you in a large group, ask some basic questions to see who will participate. They then break you into smaller groups and rotate the interviewers through to ask more in depth questions. They then take you on a tour of the building and show you the gym and break room.
