Solutionec interview questions

I got a call after the initial screening round. The interviewer asked me to remove the background image of the video call, then asked to take the laptop and rotate it 360° wanted to check whatever was around me. Then he spoke about himself and about the company, portrayed himself like a CEO of a big tech giant and the company is like MNC with multiple clients. It was really the worst experience I ever had in an interview. The company is not big with <100 employees and they can fire you at any point of time. I contacted few of the ex employees on LinkedIn and got to know about micro-management, bad WLB.

There were 2 panels, while the first panel was easy going, they asked questions from the projects that we have done in past, the techniques used for data analysis, questions related to excel, followed by basic questions like your future plans and your expectations from the company. The other panel on the other hand asked questions related to pharma, brand names of generic molecules.
