Interview
Not a horrible set of interviews. They started off with an HR screener which was very casual - you just have to answer why Solomon, Why Banking, TMAY, and similar. The second round was as far as I got and was much more challenging. They asked me "Walk me through a Sell-Side Process" and "Can you move me from EBITDA to FCF". I got the EBITDA to FCF question right, but got cut mostly likely on the sell side question. Lots of behaviorals too, but off-the-cuff, unique ones like "What did you want to do as a kid", lots of grilling my resume and items on it, and did check out the interests section of my resume as well.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. It started with a online 15 minute interview with an HR rep. Then a 30 minute behavioral and technical interview with two analysts. Finally a 2 hour superday with 3 30 minute behavioral and technical interviews with a mix of analysts to MDs.

Question 1
Why Solomon? I saw you did a DCF for xyz on your resume, can you walk me through that process?
Very chill - 1 HR Screen, then R1, then superday. R1 was 2 on 1 with analysts/associates, with minimal technicals, nothing crazy. THe superday was also very chill, with a mix of technicals and behaviorals in all rooms, but there was one brain teaser.
