Very easy and get to know you based questions to see your personality. Want to know if you are an active person and how to handle different levels of customer experience.
5 person group interview. Easy questions but I’m not sure if they even were considering me since i have never taken a class. Seemed like they already had their decision made before the interview was even started.
The interview process from Core Crew position was great. Everyone was friendly and I could care they wanted to know about my passion for fitness. It was a great experience. The training whether online or in person was great.
