I applied through an open application and was invited to an initial screening interview. What stood out to me was that the recruiter was relaxed and encouraging, and the conversation felt informal, more like getting to know each other rather than following a strict structure. Communication afterward via email was also very responsive.
After the screening, I was informed that the team was preparing for a large conference, so the technical interview was postponed. Because of this, the overall process took a bit longer than usual.
The technical interview itself allowed the use of AI tools, with the main focus on how I think and approach problems rather than how I write code. The task lasted about two hours and was structured as a pair programming session.
I received the job offer just a few days later, and the rest of the process went very smoothly.
